Brand Strategy and Visual Identity for a US-based, people-first platform, creating a comprehensive system that could scale with their growth.


AUDIT & BRAND STRATEGY
We needed to transform onthejob's enterprise B2B brand identity while ensuring it resonates with both corporate clients and hourly wage workers - the platform's end users.
I conducted a workshop with the founder to define the strategy outcomes and audience personas. The outcomes of this exercise were the foundation for the brand guidelines.

Our brand architecture focused on creating a minimalist yet adaptable system, with systematic nomenclature guidelines, a consistent writing style and tone of voice, and a clear hierarchy for all visual brand elements.

VISUALS + OUTCOMES
We preserved and enhanced the original mark while building a comprehensive logo system with primary and secondary variations, including versions with and without the company name, alongside flexible layout guidelines that could adapt to various applications.
